I work daily with foreign investors, Private Clients e HNWIs providing legal assistance in obtaining all types of visas and residency, such as residency by investment “Golden Visa/ARI” in its various forms, including Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds and residency for European citizens; family reunifications; nationality processes; due diligences on properties, real estate contracts, lease agreements, licensing, and various urban planning issues. I regularly organize webinars and participate as a speaker at national and international conferences (China, London, USA, South Africa, Russia, and Brazil).
